It's been six consecutive years running that BMW sales have broken records. The start of a seventh looks much the same, with BMW, thanks to the activities of its three premium brands, BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce, delivering an overall increase of 6.8% more vehicles worldwide, a total of 163,288. BMW proper drove that gain, with a sales increase of 7.2%, totaling 143,553, thanks to its X1, 3 Series and flagship 7 Series…

BMW’s flagship sedan, the 7 Series, has just been honored at the 2016 New York International Auto Show with the 2016 World Luxury Car Award. While there has been a lot of news coming out of New York recently, this is some of the best we’ve heard.

It was in his review of the all-new 2016 BMW 7 Series that Autotrader pundit, Jabari Jones, darn near lost his mind. He praised practically every aspect of the auto; from style to performance, he enjoyed it all.

It seems to be written into the law of gravity that those at the top will be in constant battle for the pinnacle, and that's the case in the luxury sedan segment--particularly among the German brands. With the launch of the all-new BMW 7 Series, it seems the time has come yet again for this Bavarian beast to shine.

There's a certain radiance about the 7 Series, wouldn't you agree? We have to say, at BMW of Southampton, we can't get enough. It's a car that's designed to shine, which fits in perfectly with the scenery out here in the Hamptons. With that kind of persona, it's difficult to imagine the car getting any better than it already is.
