Attention all BMW devotees, this blog post is for you. BMW recently announced plans to release two new limited-edition models following the success of the M3 Frozen Black Edition from last year. The two new BMW models are being dubbed the 2013 BMW 6 Series Coupe Frozen Silver Edition and 2013 X6 Performance Edition.
We were able to dig up some information about these two models and wanted to share them here to get people excited for their arrival in 2013.
BMW X6 Performance Edition
- M performance package boosting output by 15 horsepower and 30 pound-feet of torque for the xDrive35i and 40 horsepower and 30 pound-feet of torque for the xDrive50i
- Pearl silver paint coat
- 20-inch Y-spoke wheels with black chrome exhaust tips
- Black Alcantara and leather with orange stitching for the interior
- Optional: Premium, Cold Weather, Technology packages
BMW 6 Series Frozen Silver Edition
- Matte silver paint with contrasting black mirror caps
- M Sport and Executive packages
- Headliner made of Alcantara
- Nappa leather interior with gray poplar wood
- Optional: power-rear sunshade, heads-up display, front ventilated seats, smartphone integration and BMW apps
